COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA (OMA) — (September 11, 2026) — Edged US today celebrated the topping out of OMA01-1 and OMA01-2 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The milestone marks the completion of the facilities' structural framework and represents significant progress in the development of the company's 200 MW data center campus.
The ceremony brought together leaders from Edged US, Turner Construction Company, Jacobs, local stakeholders, trade partners, and project team members to recognize the collective effort required to reach this important stage of construction.

Located within the growing Omaha-Council Bluffs technology corridor, the campus is being developed to meet continued demand for digital infrastructure while contributing to the region's economic growth. During construction, the project supports hundreds of skilled workers and creates opportunities for local contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Once operational, the campus will contribute to the local tax base and support long-term economic development throughout the region.

Safety was a central theme of the event, with project leaders recognizing the commitment of every worker on site in reaching the topping out milestone safely.
The Council Bluffs campus remains on track as construction progresses toward the next phases of development. Upon completion, the campus will deliver up to 200 MW of capacity, further strengthening the Omaha-Council Bluffs market's position as a key location for digital infrastructure investment.
