Edged collects data submitted by users through a submission form on the Website. Edged uses analytics tools that may collect information while a user browses the Website. Edged will use Usage Information collected with analytics tools to manage and optimize the Website and to maintain the security and integrity of the Website.

Edged requests or may request data from you during your relationship with Edged. Edged may also periodically ask you to review and update your personal data held by Edged. The information is requested for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Failure to provide the requested information may make it impossible to contact you or to process your request to Edged. Edged also reserves the right not to answer or process requests that do not include the necessary.

Edged may use your personal data internally in accordance with this Privacy Policy and may share your personal data with:

Affiliates including Endeavour Companies
Edged service providers assisting in delivering our products/services to you and in running our business such as payment service providers, marketing agencies, data and project management service providers, website content hosting companies

In addition, Endeavour Companies (including Edged) have centralized certain activities including administrative and IT processes. Edged may communicate your personal data to other Endeavour Companies to properly manage contractual or pre-contractual relationships or otherwise implement these centralized activities.

Edged may also share your personal data with third-party service providers as reasonably necessary to carry out its rights and obligations under any contract. For example, Edged may share your personal data with service providers that Edged has retained to perform certain services and function on our behalf such as marketing partners or software as a service (SaaS) providers who provide customer databases.
