The Director of Development will be a valued member of the Corporate Development team of the North American division of Edged Data Centers. The Director of Development will lead and manage the predevelopment activities across the entire company as well as lead the creation of development business plans. This leader will work extensively across various internal and external stakeholders including the Acquisitions, Design, Construction and Operations teams as well as third party consultants, engineers, and municipality staff. The Director of Development will work with the broader Corporate Development team to help source and diligence new acquisitions and evaluate investment opportunities.
The Director of Development needs to be an agile, team-focused individual, with a proven ability to work across multiple large capital projects simultaneously. The right person is highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team.
