John Callahan

John is the senior executive responsible for overseeing the company’s investment strategy and driving continued financial growth. He has broad experience across the lifecycle of investments from originations to equity and debt financing, asset management, and disposition. Prior to joining Edged, John led the investment of billions of equity across various asset classes, including data centers, and started several real estate operating businesses.

As General Counsel to Edged, Michael is responsible for overseeing all legal, compliance and regulatory matters and plays a critical role in helping the team meet its strategic objectives. Michael has more than a decade of experience advising on real estate investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings. Prior to joining Edged, Michael was in-house counsel for a multinational corporation with substantial private investment activity and a member of the mergers and acquisitions group at a leading international law firm.

With more than 25 years experience working in sales for telecommunications and technology providers, Kevin is a proven leader with a deep understanding of the needs of wholesale and enterprise clients. Most recently, Kevin led wholesale and enterprise sales teams in the successful expansion of data centers in multiple emerging markets.
Frank Scandariato
Director of Platform Delivery
Frank is an industry veteran in mission critical infrastructure for large scale construction projects who is leading the rapid rollout of the Edged platform in North America. He has led the design and construction of multibillion dollar projects that span a multitude of industries. Frank brings to bear his formidable background in engineering, technology, and infrastructure design — as well as his extensive leadership and project management skills. A few examples of his projects include data centers for eBay, IBM, Royal Bank of Canada, Lenovo, and Telus, and airline terminals for John F. Kennedy International and Laguardia Airports.

Joe is an investment professional with more than a decade of experience in infrastructure private equity and investment banking. He is focused on driving platform growth through capital formation, corporate development and strategic planning. Prior to joining Edged, Joe executed over $8 billion of equity investments in digital infrastructure and worked with power and utility clients on M&A transactions and strategic financings.
